Mission

Shipping medical supplies and equipment to need-identified areas around the world. Medical mission to needy areas around the world with local medical volunteers.

Programs

The Wisc/Nica wheelchair project providing wheelchairs to those in need in Nicaragua.
Medical missions.

For every dollar donated about $35 in value reaches those in need. All funding is spent on warehousing the many tons of donated supplies and to pay for the cost of shipping internationally. All workers are volunteer. No paid employees.

Who We Are

It is our mission to make surplus and recycled medical supplies, durable medical equipment and related items/activities available to needy populations around the world in order to improve the health and quality of life of the recipients and to empower the recipients to live with increased dignity, independence, and hope.

Goals and Results

Accomplishments for Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2005
281 Tons of medical supplies and equipment were shipped/donated around the world through SRW in 2004 and saved from landfills.

Objectives for Fiscal Year Beginning January 1, 2006
To raise the money necessary to warehouse and ship all the medical supplies donated.
