Sharing Resources Worldwide (SRW) will collect the following items to be made into health kits for use by thousands of our brothers and sisters in shelters in various locations across the country. If your school group, neighborhood, church, business, or friends would like to collect these items SRW will arrange pick up of these items and will then assemble and box them for delivery to the places that need them the most in the south. We have been in contact with the groups who need these items and they will be delivered directly to them.
(All should be new)
• 1 hand towel (15” x 25” up to 17” x 27”)
• 1 washcloth
• 1 comb (large and sturdy, not pocket-sized)
• 1 nail file or fingernail clippers (no emery boards or toenail clippers)
• 1 bath-size bar of soap (3 oz. and up)
• 1 toothbrush (single brushes only in original wrapper, No child-size brushes)
• 1 large tube of toothpaste (4.5 oz. or larger)
• 6 adhesive plastic strip sterile bandages

New blankets (and gently used clean ones) are also greatly needed. We can all relate to how comforting a blanket can be and they have so many different uses for those we send them to.

Basic school supplies may also be included in this collection effort. Won’t you help us with this effort on behalf of our fellow US citizens?
